Ageas are seeking a confident and friendly Receptionist to join our Facilities department in our Gloucester office, on a 6 month fixed term contract. In your Receptionist role you’ll be welcoming visitors and customers, dealing with a high volume of incoming phone calls and assign parking. Our receptionists are often the first point of contact for our visitors, therefore must be polite, courteous and approachable. You can also expect to maintain our records and act as a company representative with both external suppliers and internal customers. With the fast paced company environment the right candidate will hit the ground running and make a positive impact on the day to day running of the facilities team.
