Finance Project Manager

Key Responsibilities-

  • Produce as required plans and manage risks to related to projects
  • Support the team to define strategy and target operating model (TOM for the finance function)
  • Support the business case for change e.g. process re engineering, automation and robotics solutions to support their business needs
  • Work with stakeholders to look at best ways to implement changes to their TOM in the areas of ways of working, processes or technology
  • Support key stakeholders with review of emerging trends in the market and relevant fit to their needs

  • Strong track record in project delivery
  • Good understanding of the insurance value chain
  • Ability to develop and deliver high quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlines Ability to develop impactful written presentations and participate effectively in meetings with senior stakeholders

  • Team player who openly supports, encourages and shares knowledge with colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills

Key Experience:

  • University degree (Business Administration) or equivalent
  • Strong background and work experience in Finance
  • Management consulting experience would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in financial services environment preferably insurance
  • Strategic and operational transformation experience would be an advantage
