Account Director

As an Account Director you will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships with primarily our Telecom clients across both coalition and proprietary. You will not be satisfied with any relationship where you are seen as just a supplier.

You will work towards a position where clients seek out your views, involving you in both strategic and operational discussions. Elevating yourself to this position allows you to deliver stronger levels of influence over your client’s perspectives, views, and decision-making. Getting this depth of relationship will be critical to your principle task – developing the profitable revenue from your client(s). Your account planning activity will allow you to identify the total addressable spend (TAS) within your client(s) that Aimia solutions could deliver against. Your account plan will detail the steps and enablers necessary to maximize our share of that TAS.

Qualified candidates will have extensive previous client or agency side telecom loyalty marketing management experience and be able to “hit the ground running” in a fast-paced environment.

Operations Manager

The Reward Services – Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the global Rewards Operations team. This includes the flawless execution of Reward & Partnership team’s operational processes, in line with stringent business protocols, as well as identifying efficiency improvements, to deliver an exceptional service to clients and their customers.

A key aspect of the role is the management and motivation of a key delivery team who support a variety of clients across the globe. This role works across multiple time zones and countries and requires availability Sunday – Friday.

The role requires 40hours per week across these days and will manage a team that support the working hours of Aimia teams in markets between Australia and America.
