Associate Media Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and organize media plan support documents (i.e., spreadsheets, flowcharts, RFPs, IOs)
Ensure media plans are running as scheduled
Implement optimizations
Prepare campaign delivery reports
Input insertion orders
Accountable for accurate billing
Reconcile and manage media billing, validate costs with publishers, monitor pacing, etc.
Maintain vendor relationships
Support media planning process
Manage campaign placement information in excel and planning platform
Set up social campaigns

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates should be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Prior experience: 1 year of media experience preferred
