Trainee Sales Manager
On joining the company as a Trainee Sales Manager, you will undergo an intensive 12-week training program, most carried out in the shop where you are based where your training will be overseen by one of our experienced Sales Managers on a day to day basis. Training also includes several days off site in a classroom environment to ensure you are fully equipped to take over your own shop as soon as the opportunity arises on condition of successful completion of your training.
On appointment you will be responsible for ensuring our company policies and procedures are followed, that all new starters are inducted and trained properly and that the shop is always presented to a high standard.
Being socially responsible is very important to us and a key part of your role will be to put into practice a ‘Think 21’ policy, so you must be comfortable in approaching younger people to ask for ID to prove they are over 18.
