- Own and drive the commercial performance of a set of routes and flights from the global IAG Cargo network by identifying your Route Strategies, achieving various Route Group targets, and driving commercial opportunities.
- Exploit revenue management systems and tools to optimise contribution and forecast demand and yield.

- Provide full Business Partnering for Overseas Customer Service for Europe, APAC, MESA & Africa
- Work closely with the RCSMs to assist with all financial related queries, including: understanding monthly financial performance, preparation of business cases and ad-hoc analysis
