  • Own and drive the commercial performance of a set of routes and flights from the global IAG Cargo network by identifying your Route Strategies, achieving various Route Group targets, and driving commercial opportunities.

  • Provide full Business Partnering for Overseas Customer Service for Europe, APAC, MESA & Africa
  • Work closely with the RCSMs to assist with all financial related queries, including: understanding monthly financial performance, preparation of business cases and ad-hoc analysis
  • Deliver robust financial reporting to the Customer Service Recovery & Regions Manager and the Director of Worldwide Operations

  • Provide ‘well packaged’ comprehensive, management accounting and reporting to the business. Includes: business case tracking (costs and benefits), financial analytics based on an insightful understanding of an internationally diverse portfolio of ground handling and supporting costs
