Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, your passion for snowboarding and the outdoors bring an expertise about the products that’ll create the best possible customer experience. Sales Associates are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and complying with all Burton policy and procedures in meeting sales goals and protecting company assets.
New retail team members start at $20/hour. All of our part time retail team members can earn up to $150/month in Gear Credit (Burton, Analog, anon product lines) by meeting certain performance standards.

Our Store Managers are responsible for generating an exceptional customer experience, involving varied tasks such as ensuring maximum impact for the brand through visual merchandising and displays, to having a genuine passion for customer service and being able to communicate the importance of this to their team. They are commercially focused, driving sales and controlling costs, as well as supporting and developing their staff to reach their full potential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our Burton Menswear store in Whitehaven
Day to Day:
To provide support to the Branch Manager in order to manage and deliver KPI performance for the store
To take responsibility for commercial and operational decisions in the absence of the Branch Manager
Provide leadership to the team and motivate them to drive and deliver results.
