HR Administrator

You may at times be asked to offer support to the Recruitment team by organising telephone, video and face to face interviews for all UK sites, as well as assist in organising Graduate Assessment Centres; including booking travel and accommodation for candidates and administering candidate expenses.

In addition to recruitment support, you may also assist the Learning and Development team in the organisation of training events on an ad hoc basis.

Data Transfer Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for copying seismic data from original media and format to new media, part of this will include reformatting of data and investigating tape contents and data recovery ensuring tapes are labelled with the correct information.

You will, prepare products for delivery and assure all documentation is complete including indexing, packaging and release of product by following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking.

Observing the quality and safety procedures, reporting any quality or safety issues and maintaining a clean work environment is also part of the role.


  • The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE or equivalent level, with passes at C grade or above in English and Maths. They will have skills in MS office and ideally Tape Transcription software.
  • Knowledge of working with and managing data in various formats as well as knowledge of seismic formats would be desirable.
  • Work station and system experience is preferable and knowledge of tape transcription equipment would be advantageous.
