Customer Service Manager

Reporting to the Global E-Commerce Manager in your role as Customer Service Manager you will be an ambassador for our company values. What you will do

–          Responsible for executing the global e-commerce service strategy, monitoring and following up on the daily customer service operations from head office in liaison with our service centres.
–          Ensuring SLAs are achieved, monitoring KPI’s and working alongside COS Customer Service Ambassadors in the service centres.
–          Be an ambassador of customer service by providing insight about our customer service and secure it is always on top of mind.
–          Work in close cooperation with business support together with CS Ambassadors by being the main point of contact for all COS customer service related matters, local and global, as the expert in the area and for the brand.
–          Liaise with COS’ in-house copywriting team to produce strong and functional messages within COS tone of voice and customer focus in all channels of communication. Create seamless and easy for customers when shopping our site.
–          Build and maintain a relationship with the Store Sales team to create shared knowledge between stores and online and be a key driver in the omni channel customer service project.
–          Identify key areas of improvement and partner with global management team to implement tailored policies, procedures, technical improvements and training programs to address those areas.
–          Support with any projects and expansion where customer service is involved.
–          Reviewing, process, procedures and service offering to ensure that we have a best in class customer service function.
–          Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly SLA results.
