- Assisting in Month End and reporting activities including Month End Journals, reconciliations and other key tasks
- Preparing complex financial analyses and reports for department management

- Coaching and leading less experienced Financial Analysts
- Business partnering with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain through various financial analysis work

Qualifications
Skills and Experience Required:
- Accounting knowledge including month end process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial reporting
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multitask, be flexible and work under pressure
- A manufacturing background or working in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial
- Business partnering with stakeholders outside of finance would be beneficial but not essential
- Proven experience of hitting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience of working successfully in a team

We have a fantastic new role in Quimper for aNew Product Introduction (NPI) Sourcing Specialist. This successful candidate will be responsible for the selection of suppliers to support global projects, including; RFQ’s, Tooling, BOM’s and PPAP.

- Manage the sourcing of new suppliers for new or existing products.
- Support purchasing/sourcing management in activities such as price benchmarking, process analysis, market and industry research, and model building.
- Analyze quotations from different suppliers, negotiating the costs of parts and tooling and ensuring each supplier can deliver within the projects’ timeframes.
- Conduct and facilitate technical design reviews with suppliers, in order to confirm functionality of the part / component and manufacturability.
- Manage suppliers On Time Delivery performance during prototype / development phases.
- Update and maintain standard costs within the system during the NPI project and sustaining of new parts phase.
- Work with production buyers to transfer material purchasing responsibility, once the new parts have obtained approved status.
- Prepares and presents recommendations of improvement opportunities and alternative courses of action to purchasing/sourcing leaders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- An Engineering degree would be beneficial, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in a procurement or supply chain role would be beneficial.
- CAD knowledge and the ability to read and understand drawings.
- The ability to multi – task in a dynamic and fast- paced environment, adapting to change and conflicting priorities as and when required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of the projects.
- A proactive approach with a focus on achieving key deliverables.
