Pilots

And as we’re short haul, there’s lots of variety, quick turnarounds, short flights and sometimes multiple take-offs and landings in a single day.
CAPTAINS
Flying the left-hand seat, you will be the leader on the day and will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable flying experience for our crew and customers. We will look to you to make sound decisions, set the highest standards and always ensure that safety is your number one priority. We are looking for highly ambitious individuals who are currently operating as a Captain.
CO-PILOTS
Flying the right-hand seat, you’ll be ranked Second Officer, First Officer or Senior First Officer depending on your flying hours and airline experience. You will provide support to your Captain and crew and help us deliver exceptional service. Your route to command will also be faster here than at most other airlines and this is based on merit not on seniority. We spot talent early-on and like to promote from within. Some of the career progression opportunities available in easyJet include Type Rating Examiner/Instructor, Line trainer, Training Captain/First Officer or further management roles.
Cabin Crew Careers
