Car Park Customer Service Agent

We are recruiting for Car Park Customer Service Agent to meet the demands of this Flagship location. You must have a passion for customer service and the ability to engage with customers from all over the world. You will be highly engaged with our brand and this passion is demonstrated to the customers through constantly delivering exceptional service.
The role will entail, but is not exhaustive to, working in our car parks to assist our customers on return of their vehicles, checking the condition of the vehicle, agreeing the final charges including any damage, and offering directions to the airport terminal along with any other assistance they may require. In addition it will include helping customers starting their rentals to locate their vehicles and offering assistance with controls / directions etc.
This role is on a key time worker contract and you will need to be flexible working on a 7 day shift pattern of 20-40 flexible hours per week. These are excellent opportunities for the successful candidates to progress their career within a market leader and exciting brand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering service within a customer facing position. Your previous experience should demonstrate your passion for development and a level headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer service environment.

Customer Service Representative
A talented Customer Service Representative will be required to meet the demands of our Heathrow Airport location. This person must have a passion for customer service and the ability to engage with customers from all over the world. You will be highly engaged with our brand and this passion is demonstrated to the customers through constantly delivering exceptional service. Also strong attention to detail is key for this role.
At this location we have various service roles, from the pick up rental desk, return of vehicle area.
Working 20-40 hours per week (depending on availability), the role will entail, but is not exhaustive to, working in our returns area where, providing an inspection of the vehicle ensuring it is to standard for the next customer, clarifying charges and promoting services to our customer.
These fantastic opportunities allows a permanent and also a flexible working pattern, depending on your needs and that of the business. This can include, seasonal contracts or weekend and evening work. However due to the high bonus rate, there is a fantastic opportunity to earn a great salary with uncapped commission.
