Customer Services Advisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor to join our expanding Customer Services Team based in our Head Office in Central London. The main responsibilities of this role will be to act as an ambassador for Hobbs protecting the brands integrity by delivering excellent standards of service across the business with all internal and external customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Action daily incoming emails in professional manner flagging any concerns to Team Manager
  • Adopt responsibility for daily administrative tasks including till, incoming parcels, letters and decisions on faulty items
  • Support TM with monitoring and replying to all Social Media feeds ensuring the tone of voice is applicable to Hobbs and SLA consistently adhered to
  • Resolve Customer Complaints with minimal referrals to Team Manager ensuring resolution is calm, efficient and balancing risk to company
  • Confidently handle complex escalation calls, being able to offer alternatives independently exhausting all avenues before the query is escalated further
  • Assist TM to act as a point of referral/escalation for colleagues with incoming queries received over the telephone and cover incoming calls during busy periods in order to maintain service levels
  • Use own initiative to cover the incoming calls to ensure wait times for callers are minimal and you are supporting your colleagues

Team Leader

We are currently looking for a part-time Team leader for our Flagship Regent Street stores and our Canary Wharf branches To succeed with Hobbs you will need to be:

  • An experienced supervisor who knows how to realise the full potential of a sales team
  • Someone who can motivate and drive a team to achieve sales and targets and work closely with the team to develop strong working relationships
  • Commercially aware, proactive and dynamic in discovering new ways of working
  • A natural team player who can lead by example
  • Management experience would be ideal for this role
