Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide applications support and ensure smooth integration of Company products into customer instrumentation.
  • To provide technical support by dealing with customer’s technical queries and advising on product and applications in a timely accurate and efficient manner.
  • To communicate regularly with customers to identify their current and future requirements and to update them on the development of new and existing company products.
  • In conjunction with the Marketing and Development department, to ensure that new products enter the market in a manner that meets customer expectations and requirements.
  • To promote Company product to customers and staff through technical bulletins, and collateral.
  • To provide technical support on existing product and to maximise sales opportunities by supporting internal staff and teams.
  • To assist and advise with the identification of new market opportunities in conjunction with the Sales Team.
  • To provide supporting documentation in the form of reports, spreadsheets to internal and external customers as required.
  • To attend conferences, seminars and exhibitions as necessary in order to be fully updated on current product and practices.
  • To maintain a customer database of enquiries, product and all other relevant information.
  • To attend customer visits as directed by the Sales Manager and /or Company management.
  • To promote the Company in a quality, efficient and effective manner at all times.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical Engineering
