To achieve your individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
To inspire our customers and to achieve maximum sales by:

Delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor, at the till-point, and ensuring the correct fitting advice is demonstrated.
Achieving and demonstrating excellent product knowledge through completion of the e- leaning programmes and other training materials.
Ensuring the displays are maintained as per the company VM guidelines and range guide.
Making sure the store is appealing to customers by making sure it is always clean, tidy and dust free both on shop floor and back of house.
Processing sales (cash and card) transactions and customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Handling customer queries/complaints by phone or in-store in a professional manner.

Store Manager

To ensure the store achieves maximum profitability through achieving/exceeding budgeted sales, controlling branch costs and stock losses to the levels agreed.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service

To achieve sales targets through effective shop floor management that achieves conversion targets.
Ensure that ATV targets are achieved and all staff members are introducing additional products, such as shoe care and accessories.
To actively explore alternative footfall drivers, including store events and WI talks
Merchandising & Display

To display and merchandise stock to its best advantage, to maximise sales that meets brand policies and guidelines.
To ensure the security and condition of stock, including stock control, transfers and accuracy.

Footwear Repair Person 

  • To initially start on day shift with the view of moving to rotational shifts .
  • To ensure all production has tissue insertion and correct tag attached and meets quality standards whilst processing. To pay particular attention that the correct labels are placed into shoes and correspond with size ,colour style and fit
  • To ensure all faults are identified and dealt with accordingly and all processes have been carried out fully during the Inspection/QC process and products are packed correctly including any additional information cards.
  • To work efficiently and effectively as an individual and as part of the packing team.
  • To pay particular attention to detail ensuring that all work is carried out accurately and of a timely manner.
  • To assist in all other areas within the packing department as and when requested i.e. ensuring racking up of shoes and labelling is completed efficiently and effectively, creaming and buffing should be completed to the standards set by the Finishing room Supervisor. Blowing, Toe and Heel should be completed ensuring all trim has been removed correctly and other operations performed in the Finishing Department.

Customer Advisor

This is a part time vacancy for 16 hours per week, plus overtime as required to meet the needs of the business. We are looking for flexibility to cover these hours throughout the week including weekends.
