Job Summary

To provide administration support for our Financial Planners who provide holistic financial planning to a bank of both existing clients and potential new clients who pay regular fees to receive a designated level of service from JLT WM.

Main responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Maintaining and updating our database system

· Processing New Business

· Preparing meeting packs

· Obtaining and analysing information from providers

· Ad hoc client queries

· Helping to run MI as required

· Provide administration support to the Client Support teams

Experience and Education Requirements


Good numeracy, communication and organisational skills with an enthusiastic attitude to work.


Financial Services Industry Experience and studying for the Certificate in Financial Planning.
