An independent role reporting Vice President of Product and Marketing EMEA.
This role plays a key function in aligning our product and marketing efforts to help to shape the strategic direction of the EMEA region with the objective to drive profitable growth.
Provides oversight across executive’s scope of responsibility to enable better decision making, drive marketing & product operations, automation programs, identification of key focus areas, and progress tracking of top initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsible for establishing strategic product and marketing plans across the region, anticipating opportunities and competitive threats. Aids the wider EMEA leadership team in prioritizing EMEA initiatives and investments as part of the company-wide strategic planning process.
Develop and refine management system to ensure visibility by consistent monitoring of the business objectives, including all key leading indicators from a financial and operational perspective.
Fulfillment of marketing operation functions including automation programs, ABM methodology and approach, content calendar, and overall marketing automation stack. Assists product team with automation, business case development, and On-Plan & E-Gov submission for relevant projects.
Work in close collaboration with EMEA Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams and corporate strategy to develop cohesive growth and churn mitigation programs. This leader will support EMEA led market research, collect and analyze information to identify opportunities and resolve growth constraints.
Support development of key messages and create content to support the wider senior executive team for such deliverables as the EMEA business narrative, Board Presentations, etc..
