Account Manager/Partnership Manager
The role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients to maximise engagement, and profitability of key customer accounts and managing the overall service to the client, ensuring their needs are met through the operational team’s delivery of tailored high quality training and excellent customer service at all times.
There is also a responsibility to work closely with our Business Development team to grow the Health division which in turn contributes to our overall growth in the wider care sector through apprenticeship and work based learning delivery.
