Marketing Insight/Customer Experience Analyst

The Opportunity

Macildowie Marketing are recruiting for a Customer Experience and Insight Analyst to join a large and diverse retail business in Staffordshire.

This will be an opportunity to make a big impact within the business by helping to better understand and engage with their customers. As an expert in customer insight, market insight and customer experience measurement and methodologies you will create an understanding of the entire customer experience to connect with the voice of the customer, local markets and the online world in day to day business operations.

This role will involve using analytics and data modelling to deliver new and actionable insight about key markets, potential and existing customers and competitors. You will need to show passion for the brand and find ways to enhance the customer experience. You will also work with the Business Intelligence team to identify and develop systems for the capture, analysis and reporting of insight and research.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide timely, relevant and actionable insights from data, supporting decision making processes
-Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales through the identification and presentation of appropriate recommendations
-Develop and deliver appropriate models to support targeted activities relating to consumers
-Identify, monitor and measure the customer experiences offered across the business in order to provide actionable recommendations for continual improvements
-Bring data sets together in a cohesive way to enable blended insights
-Use analytics and data modelling to deliver new and actionable insight about the customer base, key markets and competitors

Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Coventry. This is a great role for a self-motivated individual looking to develop in a fast paced and challenging customer service environment.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Arrange sight test appointments for new and existing customers, completing the entries on to the system

Deliver exceptional customer service through handling of enquires via telephone email, and correspondence ensuring SLAs are met and telephone standards are maintained.

Achieve customer service objectives, by meeting and exceeding customer needs.

Work within the NHS rules and regulations

Handle complaints effectively

Maintain the customer database

Have the ability to clearly explain the benefits of the products and services with the ultimate aim to helping our business to continue to grow
