- Answer switchboard and take/relay messages as appropriate
- Greet visitors, sign visitors in and out, make drinks
- Maintain daily timesheets (staff signing in and out records)
- Receive deliveries
- Organise couriers
- Place periodicals/brochures in reception
- Take/organise bookings for meeting rooms
- Arrange catering for lunches/meetings and order/keep stock
- Collate/update telephone extension lists
- Report and arrange work on broken telephones/faxes
- Secretarial duties to include scanning of the daily post, enveloping post and franking.
- Test fire alarm
- Order stationery
- Log all invoices
- Maintain log of client records
- Log/send and distribute received and sent faxes
- Liaison with cleaners
