Store Colleague

As a Store Colleague, you will be responsible for the delivery of the first class level of customer service that our customers have come to expect.

You will also be required to build and develop sales, assist with stock management and help to maintain a clean and well-presented store.

Store Manager

As a Store Manager you’ll lead by example as this role is about inspiring the team around you to deliver the highest level of service to our customers whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated, well trained and feel proud of their role within the local community.

It’s a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach. You will also be required to maximise sales and control costs so you will need to possess sound commercial acumen and have a good understanding of profit and loss. This role requires a flexible approach, as you will be required to work early mornings and some late nights.
