Store Manager

As a Store Manager you’ll lead by example as this role is about inspiring the team around you to deliver the highest level of service to our customers whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated, well trained and feel proud of their role within the local community.
It’s a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach. You will also be required to maximise sales by consistently delivering excellent store standards.
This role requires a flexible approach, as you will be required to work early mornings and some late nights. Deputy Manager

As a Deputy Manager you will support the Store Manager with all the daily tasks that are involved in running a busy store. You’ll also assist by inspiring the team around you to deliver the highest level of service to our customers whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated, well trained and feel proud of their role within the local community.
Other responsibilities, include opening and closing the store, till and cash operation, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
It’s a varied and challenging role and we are seeking individuals with excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands on approach. You’ll also need to be numerate with basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours as you will be required to work early mornings and some late nights.

Store Colleague
As a Store Colleague, you will be responsible for the delivery of the first class level of customer service that our customers have come to expect.
You will also be required to build and develop sales, assist with stock management and help to maintain a clean and well-presented store.

Supervisor
As a Supervisor you will support the Store Manager with all the daily tasks that are involved in running a busy store. A key part of your role will be to ensure that our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling. (Please do not worry we will train you to do this)
