Administration Assistant / Receptionist

About the Role

To receive and welcome all visitors. Ensure that they are properly registered in the WSP signing in book and are passed onto their required contact in the most efficient way consistent with the image of a professional company.

To operate the office main number connecting incoming calls as quickly as possible with their required contact.

A typical week would include:

  • Assisting other business support staff as required
  • Reporting office maintenance and equipment issues via WSP Helpdesk
  • Booking of meeting rooms, refreshments, Audio Visual, Tele/Video Conferencing facilities
  • Setting up meeting rooms, including AV equipment if required and ensuring conference rooms are tidy before and after use.
  • Managing catering provision for meetings
  • Maintain stationery stock levels and supplies
  • Maintain PPE stock levels and supplies
  • Travel (domestic and international) and hire car bookings
  • Oversee office health and safety team, procedures and first aid supplies
  • Other reasonable ad – hoc duties
