Reference Vacancy Payroll Training Consultant Location Kochi Contract Permanent The Role The Payroll Training Consultant will work with the training team to deliver fit for purpose, and technically focussed payroll training and development to our Moorepay clients. Ideally from an in depth payroll background, we are looking for someone to join the team who can provide detailed training and guidance to customers on our MoorepayHR cloud based solutions and services. Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interesting training course content to clients who may have no prior knowledge of payroll solutions, to our UK SME client base.
  • Assist in the design, delivery and rollout of new training product release updates.
  • Facilitate training WebEx sessions with one or many customers attending, clearly demonstrating how the software works, and is adept at demonstrating the end to end lifecycle of processing a payroll through the MoorepayHR interface.
  • Collaborate with the other Training Consultants to ensure best practice and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to control a busy schedule of client training, booked through a centralised booking system.
  • Channel any post implementation training support to the right team as appropriate.
  • Ensuring that 100% of new customers attend a fit for purpose training course.
  • Be able to demonstrate complex Hierarchy build structures, and how to administer leave policies through MoorepayHR.
  • Train out best practice and legislative changes to our internal teams ensuring optimum levels of knowledge transfer.
  • The ability to quickly grasp new systems and concepts, and quickly identify product bug fixes and enhancements and document changes whilst still in UAT testing environment, delivering ‘just in time’ live training content prior to rollout.

Person Specification:

  • Positive attitude and demonstrates being an ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management at senior level.
  • Ability to influence and engage customers, working through problems and finding solutions.
  • Excellent planning, organisational skills and with a methodical approach. · Ability to work to strict deadlines, prioritising workload accordingly.
  • Experience of working in a training role within a similar Payroll or HR environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working within a fast paced, customer focused service environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and show resilience under pressure.
  • Able to present complex information in a way that can be understood.

Skills and Experience You are / have:

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills, ensuring succinct and to the point communications are used.
  • The ability to put clients first.
  • Confident nature with the ability to hold training workshops and deliver presentations.
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management.
  • A CIPP or CIPD qualification (Added Advantage if any)
  • A minimum of two years of classroom teaching or coaching experience, as a subject matter expert in the field of outsourced HR and / or Payroll service delivery would be a distinct advantage.
  • A broad understanding of web technologies and a background in instructional design and /or online learning theory.
