Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Leader for Brand Partnerships

They are now looking for a Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Leader for Brand Partnerships to join our team.

The Brand Partnerships business in Nokia Technologies leads Nokia’s engagement with its brand licensees, aiming to ensure all activities meet the expectations of consumers and Nokia in areas such as product quality and compliance with Nokia brand requirements.

As the  Marketing and Communications Leader for Brand Partnerships, you should be an experienced  marketing and communications leader comfortable with managing a growing, global program with a hands-on, roll up your sleeves style. You ideally have both agency and in-house experience and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, bringing a clear point of view, a collaborative style and a successful track record supporting growing businesses.

Key responsibilities :

This is a dedicated role in the brand partnerships team, working with our brand licensee which holds an exclusive global license to create, market and sell Nokia-branded mobile phones and tablets.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Communications for Nokia Technologies and dotted line to the Head of Global Marketing for Brand Partnerships. You will work with all members of the Brand Partnerships team and the communications team at our licensees.

You will provide advice and counsel to ensure all Nokia branded communications from the licensee comply with Nokia guidelines and ensure effective communication about the Nokia branded products within Nokia to our employee base.

You will develop a plan to amplify brand licensee messages and also Nokia’s own messages related to the brand over social media with the social media lead in Brand Partnerships. You will also develop and execute a communications plan with select media and analysts for Brand Partnerships. This will include setting up regular dialog with select media and analysts to gain industry insights e.g. at CES and MWC.

Site Design Specialist

Site design work – As assigned to Project Deployment

Enables Site Design according to Customer’s, Nokia standards & guidelines and local regulations. Ensures Site Design activities meet project and local requirements. Responsible for all technical aspects regarding Permit Drawings, Construction Drawings, Static Calculations, Foundation Calculations / Studies, Soil Reports, Land Surveys, all drawing approval procedures. Further more for all design related acceptances. Cooperation with all departments. Localizes global design guidelines according to country specific rules and regulations.

Customer interface – As assigned to Pre-Sales or to Project Deployment

Ensures that model sites including product specifications and agreed details are approved by the customer. Participates in customer meetings as required. Interfaces with customer site design manager to review and discuss the design process and to resolve open issues.

Mandatory Skills:

– Fluent with AutoCAD 2D and 3D Modeling

– Telecom Tower and Rooftop Site Equipment and Antenna Structure Design experience

– Structural Design and Asia Country local and International Standards knowledge

– Structural Analysis and Loading Calculations experience

– Telecom Site Electrical Design and back-up power solutioning experience

– Ability and experience on creation of Telecom Site Equipment and Antenna Structure BoM according to Design.

– Ability and experience on communication and negotiating with Construction/Design service suppliers on Design/BoM/Rates
