Sales Assistant

What does a Sales Assistant role at OFFICE look like?

Retail Operations Co-Ordinator

  • Manage general telephone enquiries for information/advice requests from stores
  • Manage the payroll collation sheet, informing the relevant departments of key figures
  • Assist with the creation of Store/ Head Office communications within given timescales
  • Travel requests for stores and managing the costs/ budgets
  • Collate the reporting of all store incentives and the payment of these in line with operational procedure
  • Manage the process and budgets of store stationery orders
  • Contribute to key projects that drive profit, improve efficiencies or reduce workload in store
  • Manage the critical pathways of new stores/closing of stores/ organization of travel/ accommodation for the opening team etc
  • To communicate effectively with all head office departments and stores and manage any queries effectively in a professional, thorough matter
  • Assisting in the organization of Area Meetings

Supervisor

As a Supervisor you will be supporting the Sales and Management team to drive sales and maximise profit opportunities for the store, and to ensure the Sales and Management team continuously aim to achieve all KPI’s.

You will be accountable for supporting all members of your team within the store and this position will require you to train and coach colleagues to ensure that all Company procedures and standards are adhered to.

You will inspire and lead teams to deliver a high standard of customer service and demonstrate our brand behaviours. Be able to identify areas and opportunities for improvement in product ranges by working closely with Buying & Merchandising teams to sustain maximum commerciality across the business.

In order to apply you will need to be currently working in an equivalent or higher role and possess a minimum of 1 years retail management experience.

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager you will be supporting the sales team and the Store Manager to drive sales and maximise profit opportunities for the store, and to ensure the Sales and Management team continuously aim to achieve all KPI’s. You will be accountable for supporting all members of your team within the store and this position will require you to train and coach colleagues to ensure that all Company procedures and standards are adhered to.

You will inspire and lead teams to deliver a high standard of customer service and demonstrate our brand behaviours.
