Sr Account Mgr

This is a sales acquisition role and an opportunity to play a pivitol role in growing Orange’s revenues with large enterprise organizations headquartered in the UK and Ireland.

You will be responsible for generating new pipeline, and new business by engaging with target customers at all levels to drive growth in Orange services and solutions. You will achieve this by creating value and bringing innovation to your customer’s business. HR Consultant – Nordics & Ireland


The HR Consultant primarily supports the Nordics and Ireland sub-regions, covering all the main functions in the business.

Job Purpose

HR is responsible for delivering a common portfolio of global employee service and programs at a local level to employees and line managers. The aim is to create an environment that enhances employee productivity, consistency of practice, professional development and engagement.

The HR Consultant will provide expertise and guidance to employees and managers to achieve operational objectives and goals through the delivery of HR services. This will include serving as an expert internal consultant to management and staff to resolve a variety of complex work related issues; clarifying, interpreting and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures as well as regulatory/legal requirements; and overseeing/participating in the implementation and communication of HR programs and initiatives

Main Tasks:

Deliver HR services in compliance with local regulations and according to HR and business needs:

Deliver local HR Services that require proximity to employees and managers that is advisory in nature and that strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations

Implement and support actions associated with and/or directed by Global HR or business projects, program, and policies

Respond to any internal or external HR audit, survey or reports ¿ local customization of Corporate or local program / policies / projects as necessary, , articulating implications and assisting with interpretation pertaining to related government laws and regulations through effective communications

Manage local social relations, including ad hoc presentation to employees, local management or unions & industrial workers bodies, health & safety committees

Support, advise and partner with employees and managers in all HR matters within the assigned area of responsibilities:

Provide reactive and proactive assistance, guidance, feedback and recommendations to local management and business stakeholders based on

Provide local advisory support to employees and managers, as an employee advocate in a variety of situations and through active coaching and counseling of managers in resolving employee relations issues and development of performance improvement plans

Facilitation of local induction programs including specific communications and support for new joiners
