The next stage of your assessment
If you pass the initial selection process you will be invited to speak to one of our Resourcing Team to discuss the role in more detail and the competencies required to succeed. This call will last approximately 20 minutes.

Having passed the initial selection process, your application will then be submitted for review for short-listing. If successful you will be invited to either a face-to-face interview or an assessment day, which will include some formal assessment of your skills and competencies.
Short-listing can take up to 4-6 weeks.
If you are successful you will be made a verbal offer of a position, subject to you meeting our Fraud, Credit and Referencing checks.
Depending on the role you have applied for, you may be offered an imminent start date.
