Customer Service Advisor

As a Test Manager, Client Screening and Transaction Monitoring your main responsibilities will be

  • Support in the review and input of functional documentation such as business and functional requirements as required, to ensure current functionality limitations and assumptions are correct
  • Review and develop an in depth technical understanding of new functionality / applications for operational models, for the production of test strategies and test plans

  • Delivery and Identification of GAPS in testing at functionality and application level, managing any risks and escalating at programme level as required
  • Control and manage incidents through the attendance of daily PPI calls for each project, escalating risks of incidents as and when required

Minimum skills and experience required

  • Excellent hands on testing skills, able to prepare test strategies, test plans, test scripts and test data, ensuring traceability back to the requirements
  • Able to create and maintain standard JIRA test structures and workflows to manage test artefacts
  • Experience of testing financial crime operating and technology solutions (NetReveal, Actimize or similar) in a corporate/investment banking environment
  • Strong test management and solution delivery skills in various methodologies (waterfall, agile etc)
  • Previous experience working within financial services, corporate banking and financial crime domains
  • Able to provide and clearly articulate examples of preparing and executing tests when minimal documentation exists; able to create and execute test scenario/user stories from JIRA board
  • Previous experience with leading defect triage activities
