Job Summary

  • Assembly of components with reference to BOM & Drawings.
  • Comply to assembly procedures, BOM & drawings
  • Interpret technical drawing accurately
  • Dressing & cleaning of components to produce close fit
  • Torque up components/parts with tooling
  • Test or assist in testing operation of completed product

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A good team player with high safety consciousness
  • Hardworking and detail orientated
  • Good knowledge on hydraulic torque tool
  • NTC 2/3 in Mechanical Servicing or Mechatronics or NITEC equivalent.

Assistant Tax Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with management of tax audits
  • Review and file local fiscal accounts and tax returns in compliance with local regulations
  • Review intercompany agreements and practices
  • Audit internal compliance with tax regulations
  • Review the balance sheet tax position quarterly
  • Recommend and Implement tax plans
  • Review employee related withholdings and tax related issues.
  • Develop strategy and implement plans to optimize the company’s future tax position
  • Support operations in the planning process, setting up new operations, and in the reviewing of client bids and client contracts
  • Understand, review, implement, and assist in the development of Sarbanes Oxley requirements as defined in the risk control matrix.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant degree holders, successful candidates must be suitably qualified
  • Minimum 3 plus years’ experience in a Tax related role (ideally Big 4), exposure to the Oil and Gas industry prefered.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills (including good English) and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Job Summary

  • Procurement related SAP transactions for inventory check, Cost check, BOM & drawing printing, purchase orders management, GR & IR difference tracking.
  • To manage RFQ activities for both local and global Suppliers.
  • Ensure all parts are sourced on time for local project requirements, in the required aspects of cost, quality, technique feasibility, timing and volume.
  • To keep tracking and provide accuracy and timely update for all the purchase Orders.
  • To manage the vendor registration and extension in the SAP system.
  • Purchase Order/Scheduling Agreement creation for Suppliers.
  • Purchase Order/ Scheduling Agreement Changes.
  • Order tooling, Engineering services etc from System suppliers.
  • Negotiate and update existing purchasing contracts if necessary to fulfil the project new requirements.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • College Degree or equivalent qualified with 2-3 years experience in a procurement related role.
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
    Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and problem solving skills

Chief Electrician

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participates in pre-tour and tool-box meetings with all team members.
  • Complies fully with all QHSE requirements, policies and standards, and wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Completes formal training sessions on QHSE and technical subjects.
  • Obtains all required certifications.
  • Maintains all equipment in good, safe working order and reports any problems or deviations.
  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment on the rig and the camp.
  • Is fully familiar with preventive maintenance programs.
  • Writes analytical reports.
  • Supports the development of employees and acts as a mentor.
  • Sets annual objectives for subordinate employees and reviews them periodically.
  • Participates in QHSE audits.
  • Sets a safe work example to the team.

Apart from the normal rig experience, we also look for the following;

  • PLC experience, programming, trouble-shooting problems, etc. – Siemens PLC, etc.
  • AC VFD experience.
  • Control system experience
  • Stand alone Electrician experience

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industrial electrical High Voltage certificate.
  • Minimum five years’ field experience with similar equipment from offshore drilling rig.
  • Has the required proficiency level for the position based on the company competency catalog.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and good in English
