As a Corporate Advisor you’ll be providing an exceptional service to our customers that have our dental plan as a benefit through their employer.

Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor within our Vets team you’ll work as part of a vibrant and fast paced group of individuals, where you’ll be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing excellent customer service to resolve client queries and deliver seamless administration.
From day one you’ll receive support from our development coordinator to ensure you have the tools to succeed in the role as you work through a training plan tailored to you.
We’re looking for someone who loves providing excellent customer service and is able to speak confidently to our pet owners over the phone to resolve their queries. You’ll be comfortable working within high pressured situations and have great attention to detail. An interest in animals is not necessarily required….but it definitely helps!
As a Correspondence Coordinator you’ll be working as part of a small team who support dental practices at a time of either joining or leaving Simplyhealth Professionals. You’ll work closely with both the dental practices and our Sales Consultants to ensure the smooth communication of plan changes to patients via written communication.
This role involves regular liaison with practices both over the phone and via email to ensure that the correct information is obtained and you’ll need to be well organised as you’ll deal with multiple practices all at different stages of their joining/leaving process.
Naturally you’ll have excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail, working with all parties to create informative mailings that fall in line with our brand guidelines.
