How will I add value in this role?

We are looking for talented and experienced UX/UI Designers to join our Design Team based in Manchester. These are important and exciting roles within the team where you will be responsible for continually driving, improving and implementing innovative solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a you to develop and gain experience of the full product-design life cycle. You will contribute from an early research stage through to polished designs for responsive web, mobile and web app platforms.

We foresee that successful candidates will apply a range of attributes to this role, some of which will be the ability to creatively problem solve and always take responsibility for your ideas and deliverables. You will be confident in your ability to create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. We’re passionate about taking a customer first approach and so you will always think through a customer’s eyes and have plenty of experience in making user interaction simple, easy to understand and a delight to use.

Must have:

  • Art/Design degree and, or multiple years of relevant experience working as a UX/UI Designer
  • Experience of working in digital environments
  • Impressive digital portfolio
  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of User Experience and User Centred Design and flawless UI execution
  • Experience with Agile process, project and change workflows
  • Familiarity with UX prototyping tools (Axure, Invision) and strong UI design software (Adobe Creative Cloud)

Finance Manager – Capex, Demand & Delivery

This role is a crucial part of coordinating the group’s development activity across all business growth initiatives and the Group’s  Strategic Priorities and ensuring that the Group’s development activity is fully aligned to TalkTalk’s ‘One Plan’.

Responsibilities:
This role is a crucial part of coordinating the group’s development activity across all business growth initiatives and ensuring that the Group’s development activity is fully aligned to TalkTalk’s strategic and operational plans
The role includes the following:
– providing bespoke insight and support to the business portfolios and capex committee on capex spend, tech factory capacity and strategic programme prioritisation
– assisting the demand and delivery function with mapping demand to supply in the dev factories and minimising factory wastage
– Supporting the Director of Change with capex planning and budgeting on an 18 month planning timeline
– Working with finance leads across Tech, Consumer and TTB on the monitoring of programme delivery, programme costs and benefit tracking
– Implementing strong governance and controls across tech factories, capex reporting and development costing
– Providing the relevant capex spend reporting against the One Plan for both capex committee and Exco One Plan discussions.

In order to be successful in the role, you will need to display the following skills and experience;

Billing operations Analysts

The main responsibilities of this role will be; to operationally support the Calculus and aBILLity Billing platforms that provide various SIP, Outbound and inbound Services to our Partners / Business. Ensuring the platforms are sustainable, reliable & accurate, maximizing revenue to the TalkTalk Group.

Underpinning tasks will include, the onboarding of new Partners, answering general queries and ensuring Fraud alerting and monitoring are in place. You will be adding and amending configuration, charge bands and charge descriptions in line with new products and changes to existing products. You will run daily processes for CDRs, Monthly Services and Bill runs, including invoice production

You will be able to identify issues and opportunities from both a customer and TalkTalk perspective and take ownership for all your actions, spotting where things could be done better and raising concerns early and constructively. We would expect the successful candidate to adjust easily and quickly to changing requirements and expectations.
