Supervisor

As a key team leader you are going to make a real difference, supporting the management team and keeping everything ticking over in their absence. You will have to work hard, but we will offer you comprehensive on the job training and opportunities to develop and progress into store management if that’s what you want.

We trade Monday to Saturday with no Sunday opening, so that day is for you and your family. You will need to work 5 days out of 6 including Saturdays and you need to be flexible to work extra hours and shifts especially at Christmas, when we extend our trading day and operate extra out of hour’s shifts.

As a Supervisor your key responsibilities will be:

  • Team supervision
  • Key holder
  • Safe and cash management
  • Daily and weekly rotas and shift planners
  • Great Customer service
  • Merchandising and implementing promotion set ups
  • Maintaining store standards

To become our Supervisor you must:

  • Be able to deliver outstanding customer service, and combine your sense of fun with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Have a flexible approach and a commitment to help us resource the store effectively.

Christmas Recovery Crew

Working as part of our recovery crew team your primary role will be to ensure that deliveries are worked and the store is replenished. This will include the pulling in and un-boxing of deliveries, re-merchandising and pricing, so that your store is ready to trade when the doors open in the morning. Full training will be given.

You will normally be working outside of the stores trading hours offering the flexibility to fit around your commitments during the day, whether it be education or looking after little people.  This is likely to involve early or late evenings and possible early morning shifts out of normal trading hours. These shifts will vary from store to store

Saturday Sales Assistant

We are looking for Saturday Sales Assistants to join our fantastic new toy store opening soon!

You might mainly work at weekends and in your holidays but you are a critical part of The Entertainer team.  You will always be busy and we will offer you comprehensive on the job training and opportunities to develop and progress.

Your normal working hours will be on a Saturday and may also include evening shifts, however, you will also need to be flexible to work extra hours and shifts, especially during school holidays and at Christmas during peak trade when we extend our trading day.

Assistant Manager
