Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Partner

Key Responsibilities

– Leads the development and execution of comprehensive global recruiting strategies that will guarantee that the business attracts and hires the top talent in the business.

– Leads the strategic direction of the department and examines hiring trends in anticipation of the business’ response to labour market changes, for example, shortages and surpluses of available labour.

– Endeavours to develop strategies and processes that utilise appropriate sources in order to cover all possible talent pools available to the business.

– Manage, deliver and coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns globally from vacancy request to commencement of employment for all roles across the business.

– Provide recruitment advice, guidance and support to Managers to ensure that best practice and processes are adhered to.

– Work with educational establishments to support students in obtaining skills for the workplace and building relationships with the business to promote the Company and build a future pipeline of candidates

– Provide recruitment trend information to support business decision making process.

– Provide monthly recruitment MI for the board to include exit interview data

– To work with the Marketing team to ensure full use of social media and advertising for maximum exposure

– Ensure appropriate mediums are organised and administered for appropriate roles i.e. assessment centres, personality profiling etc. Including full preparation of materials and booking of venues, running assessment centres and other recruitment events

– Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection

– Provide leadership in the establishment of the employment brand and develops supporting materials in order to communicate value proposition through the business’ employment advertisements, career sites, job descriptions, and other employment materials.
