IT Service Delivery (SAP Basis)

Are your SAP BASIS expertise second to none? Do you know SAP BASIS like the back of your hand? We’re looking for someone like that who:

– installs new SAP systems from scratch in RHEL/Oracle/HANA environments
– upgrades and patches existing SAP systems on OS-, DB- and SAP-level
– does heterogenous SAP system migrations from Solaris/Oracle to RHEL/Oracle
– configures SAP-Basis tasks e.g. STMS, customizes SAP-profiles, sets up load balancing
– does troubleshooting, identifies the root cause and resolves incidents on OS-, DB- and SAP-level for different SAP solutions e.g. ECC, BW, SolMgr, PI, etc.
– monitors systems on OS-, DB- and SAP-level and takes self initiative to resolve the issues
– analyzes workload statistics, systems and performance issues e.g. dumps, logs, traces
– does performance tracing and tuning
– does client copies and system refreshes
– designs reliable and efficient solutions to reduce costs and maintenance effort
– manages complex SAP system landscapes for multiple SAP solutions

You have:
– Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
– overall 10+ years IT background and minimum of 8+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience in environments with complex system landscapes
– intimate expert knowledge of RHEL, Solaris and on Oracle, HANA databases
– advanced and profound technical SAP troubleshooting and analyzing skills
– expert experience with installation, upgrade, migration and patch activities
– competent and profound experience with ECC, SRM, BW, BWA, SOLMAN, BPC, FS-PER, PI, Fieldglass, Ariba, J2EE, Fiori.
– deep understanding and technical know-how of Backup-, Restore- and Recovery principles

Client Associate

We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to:

• Maintain contact management systems with up to date key client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g. how to read statements/confirms, how to use Online Services, paperless options, credit/debit cards, etc.)
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

• Build tailored plans and strategies based on an understanding of client needs, goals and risk tolerance by utilizing the tools and resources of the firm, with your knowledge of financial analysis and basic principles of investing. In addition, you assist Financial Advisors in client conversations by actively listening to the client needs so that you can assist in the development of wealth management plans that are reviewed and considered by the Financial Advisor.
• Assist Financial Advisors in client/prospective client meetings by actively listening to conversations, providing relevant analytical information, and taking accurate notes to ensure an understanding of client’s / prospective client’s current financial situation, investment objectives/goals and risk tolerance
• Support Financial Advisors as needed in client relationship building and business development activities
• Leverage firm platform and develop appropriate financial plans for client / prospect for review by Financial Advisors
• Develop customized asset allocation strategy and investment solutions for client / prospect for review by Financial Advisors
• Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reports, in conjunction with information gathered from WM research and other external parties, and make recommendations to the FA for potential change
• Prepare supporting materials and sample reports that can be used repeatedly in client and prospective client meetings
• Perform business analytics, as needed, to support Financial Advisors in the growth of business (e.g., business plan, identify client opportunities, book segmentation, etc.)
