iGaming Account Manager

Job purpose:

Do you know activation, retention, re-activation? Can you translate these acronyms: LTV, ARPU, NDC, DC, NRC, ROI, FTD, CAC? If the answer is yes, we have a position for you in the newly created iGaming Media Buying Services department at Ve Global. This is a first of its kind advertising and data collaboration and we are looking for an Account Manager to maintain and grow the business while working closely with our data partner, Net Entertainment. The future of iGaming advertising wants you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The primary objective of this role is to be your clients’ programmatic advertising and data expert to retain and increase the value of your portfolio.
  • Consult with client stakeholders to understand their business strategies and goals as well as their objectives for using
  • Ve, finding ways to align the two, and ensuring Ve delivers value against agreed success criteria
  • Coordinating internal, cross-functional teams, with executive level participation, to build deeper relationships with clients and achieve retention targets— 100% is the goal!
  • Work in collaboration with our partner, Net Entertainment’s account management team to ensure success and support our partner relationship.
  • Research, analyse and—most importantly—understand client needs to identify optimisation and growth opportunities
  • Identify and resolve client issues independently. You will have team and organisational support but you will be the first responder.
  • Minimise financial queries and invoicing issues associated with your portfolio
  • Versed in technologies that are complimentary to or that compete with Ve Global, to present a convincing business case for companies to expand their use of Ve’s services.
  • Collect, analyse and use data to make the clients’ experience of our company a seamless, consistent whole.
  • Provide client feedback to the product team and become an expert on product usage and vision
  • Compile regular bespoke presentations and reports to enable clients to review the impact of Ve technology on their business

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in a digital/ e-commerce/ client services environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape
  • Able to cultivate and maximise strong customer relationships
  • The ability to gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and to align those with Ve’s capabilities to drive measurable value for customers.
  • An executive presence, strong communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to navigate complex organisational hierarchies to build lasting partnerships at the most senior levels of clients’ organisations.
  • The ability to deliver results through others by leading and influencing cross-functional business decisions both internally at Ve and within client accounts.
  • Willing to travel internationally for the role
  • Must have of knowledge of the following:
  • Digital and programmatic advertising.
  • Ad operations or ads trading.
  • iGaming or any other recurring revenue business.
  • AdTech, DSPs and data management platforms, specifically.
  • Using data for targeting online advertising
  • Digital media production process

Personal attributes and other requirements:

  • Curiosity is a must. This partnership is the first of it’s kind and is evolving. You will need to know where things are headed before the client does.
  • Ability to work across a diverse portfolio where clients have different knowledge and skill levels.
  • Ability to think logically, execute methodically and solve problems independently.
  • Analytically minded, able to synthesize and summarize data to create reports and deliver actionable insights so clients can improve their business.
  • A good team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Possess modern office proficiency – spreadsheets, word processing, file transfers, email configuration, presentation software, etc. Ve is a Microsoft powered office.
  • Ability to influence, in both direct and tactile manner, internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
