Head of CRM & Loyalty
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Virgin Trains Team as Head of CRM & Loyalty. The role demands somebody with a keen commercial acumen, data literacy and understanding of the customer and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to achieve business objectives. You’ll have proven experience of leading a significant CRM change programme, implementing new software/tools, instigating changes in ways of working and developing new targeted initiatives to drive customer behaviour change. You’ll have proven experience in driving & exceeding revenue benefits in direct relation to business cases.
You’ll be able to provide working examples of a time when you’ve brought a fresh perspective and thinking to address the challenge of creating customer loyalty/advocacy. HR Business Partner
We are looking for a self-motivated HR Business Partner to join our team in London. You will have a good understanding of Virgin Trains as a business, its strategic priorities and be able to link these to HR people strategy and initiatives to clearly identify and develop value added HR Strategies for your region. An eye for detail, with good analytical ability, identifying key trends and analysis to use such insights to deliver business and people improvements.
