Collections Advisor

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting Collections Advisors to join our Collections team at our central Birmingham offices. In this key role, the Collections Advisor will be responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, arranging payment plans and resolve customer queries.

Commercial Support Manager

This is an exciting role that will support the Product & Propositions team at Yell. Amongst other things, this supporting role will help the team with reporting, team administration, partner monitoring, sales policing & ad hoc projects.   • Support with the development of the Product & Propositions Monthly Business & Commercial Report (& other ad-hoc reporting tasks). This involves – Collecting the data together from identified sources. Chasing Product Owners for their reports and assembling the information into the P&P Report.
  • Help us manage & review the performance of our primary product partners in a structured way – Help us keep an eye on how our key product partners are performing.
  • Support with various business projects & commercial investigations – This involves helping us put together data, insight & information from various Yell sources & people.
  • Support governance & policing of sales activity – This involves monitoring sales activity from various reports to ensure adherence to business rules & policy (this is critical with MPH plans) & flagging where we see issues.
  • Support the development of our commercial offers & incentives – This involves helping us put together data, insight & information in a useful format to inform our business decision making.
  • Support creation of business cases & change requests – Help with the admin side of some of our formal business procedures & processes.
  • Other team admin duties – Essentially helping us run an effective, dynamic department!
