Scheme Manager

Property Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Administrator based at our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

You will assist with all aspects of Property Administration supporting our Property Team as liaising with customers and well as  internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure customer service standards are met and maintained.

Working within the Property Team South the role will include:

Responsibility for financial administration including processing of invoices and raising purchase orders and sundry payments.

To support team with all aspects of gas compliance including compiling daily updates, contacting customers and liaising with our compliance team and external contractors.

Carry out ad-hoc general administrative tasks such managing post, mail merges, sending out letters on behalf of team.

Finance Director

An established Finance Director, you will provide overall effective financial management and reporting for Fix360 and contribute towards the financial planning and strategic growth of the organisation as a key member of the Senior Management Team.

You will participate within the Senior Management Team in forward planning, business planning, policy setting, financial forecasting and strategic decision making and will develop the Financial Management Information with an emphasis on effective financial control procedures.

Ideally you will have experience working for a start-up, SME size company or will have worked within a similar joint Venture partnership. You will be comfortable managing full control of the companies management accounts and in managing a small yet effective shared service accounts team.

Shift Worker

The role is based at Verve Place, Warrington, working on a 3 week rota basis, so you’ll know when you will be working.  The pre-arranged shifts you could be working include Night Shifts (7.45pm-8.15am) during the week, or if it’s the weekend, it could be the Night Shift (7.45pm-8.15am) or the Day Shift (7.45am-8.15pm).
