Data Reliability Engineer

You will be working with data engineers, data scientists and development engineers to bring increased scalability, reliability, flexibility and security to our cloud-based enterprise data warehouse infrastructure.
You will also design, build and automate the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for the big data related projects. And last but not least, you will work to develop and own the big data platform with an “infrastructure as code” approach.

Your skills and experience:

    • Strong experience in scripting ideally Bash and Python or Go
    • Expert knowledge of Terraform (HashiCorp tools)
    • Experience with cloud implementation and automation tools including Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes technologies
    • Solid understanding of networking, security and ACLs and how to apply them to a cloud-based environment
    • Cloud agnostic mentality. Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, GCP or Azure
    • Experience with building monitoring tools for availability, usage & performance

Security Engineer

Job Requirements:

    • A good all-round knowledge of security practices and technologies

Customer Service Specialist

Complaints Officer

This role would cover complaints from all Operations Teams (Customer Service, Collections & Recoveries and Underwriting & Fraud) so it is essential that the applicant has a knowledge of all aspects of the business and product offerings.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing complainants with fair outcomes whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Responsibilities for the role of Complaints Officer

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to complainants and ensure they are aware of the Zopa complaints procedure/policy.
  • Acknowledging, drafting and sending out complaints promptly written and verbally. Responding to them within set time limits, systematically and fairly
  • Resolving customers’ queries within agreed authority, investigating the cause of individual complaints and where required gathering information from relevant departments
  • Ensure complaints are managed in line with TCF and FCA regulation considerations ensuring complaints are managed fairly, accurately and clearly
  • Make suggestions to improve processes and documentation to reduce complaints
