Cluster Supervisor

Be a brand ambassador, leading and developing the teams to deliver a ‘best in class’ service proposition.To provide a supporting role in maximising sales through a strong operational procedure, ensuring deliveries are actioned and stock and visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store. In the absence of the management team to be accountable and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store. In addition, will support covering management holidays within their cluster stores when required. This role will therefore require flexibility and mobility and include travel.

  • Required to travel at short notice and attend structured training sessions which may include overnight stays.

Store Manager

  • Experience in visual merchandising
  • Time management and prioritizing skills
  • Coaching and development skills
  • Passionate about customer service and putting the customer first
  • Good communication skills, able to talk confidently to customers about products and to direct the team in their role
  • Good people management skills; able to lead effectively, motivate their team and delegate as necessary
