The Role
You will be working with the operations and engineering team, supporting the site in delivering both in house and regulatory standards of quality and compliance. This is a challenging and dynamic role in which you will be focused on the quality of specific product groups, influencing their routine releases and rejecting substandard products.
Identifies and supports actions to resolve quality problems, both internal issues and from outside suppliers
Makes recommendations and acts to improve processes, procedures and systems
Assesses change controls, protocols and Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), recommends release or otherwise of product involved
Assists with training and coaching on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the quality system
Supports regulatory and customer audits
Identifies with Product Supply Leaders where support is required from support teams to ensure continuous improvement with respect to quality
Is this You?
Proven experience in either quality assurance or a manufacturing environment looking for that next step in your Quality career
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills at various levels
A proactive and positive approach to your role and work
Ideally you will have a scientific, pharma or food manufacturing background
A strong understanding of GMP and regulatory standards
Great organisation and prioritisation skills
Degree or equivalent usually in chemistry, pharmacy or microbiology
